How long does the song personalization process take?
|

Once the personalized song is submitted to the MeriDhun Studio, it is put through the personalization process. This process may take upto 48 hours depending on the volume of songs that are required to be personalized at any given point. MeriDhun will send you an email or SMS (if mobile number is provided) letting you know that your song personalization is complete.

How will I receive the Personalized Song?

Once the song is personalized, MeriDhun Studio will upload the song in MP3 and RINGTONE format into your MeriDhun personal online account. You will also receive an email and an SMS (if you have provided your mobile phone during registration) notifying you that the your song personalization is complete.
You may also choose (for an additional cost) to receive complete song MP3 in CD format, delivered to an address of your choice.

Do I have to be a song expert to personalize a song that I like?

Not necessarily. To assist our users with the personalization process, MeriDhun provides multiple suggestions by Category for all song personalizations. You can use our suggestions and modify them slightly. The suggestions are meant to ignite the creativity within yourself so that you can come up with the best personalization that suites your occasion. There are sample suggestions available for each song lyric in various categories so that you do not have to think of any lyrics.

What if a song that I like is not available for personalization?

You may suggest a song to the MeriDhun Selection Panel and if selected, MeriDhun will make that song available on the website for personalization. To submit a song suggestion, use the “Song Request” button on the home page.
